Kimber P. Schladweiler

Kimber P. Schladweiler is an Associate with the Jacobs Law Group.
Kimber has six years of experience counseling and assisting clients in all phases of
commercial litigation and arbitration. Kimber has successfully represented large and
small businesses in a variety of matters in both federal and state court. Her practice has
focused particularly on commercial litigation with a concentration in the areas of financial services,
federal securities, and state and local taxation.
Prior to joining the Jacobs Law Group, Ms. Schladweiler
was an Associate with Schnader Harrison Segal and Lewis, LLP.
Ms. Schladweiler graduated cum laude from Temple University
Beasley School of Law (2004), where she was managing editor of the Temple Law Review,
and Women's Law Caucus officer. She has a B.S. in Business Administration and Finance
from Trinity University, San Antonio, Texas (1992). Kimber has been active in the area of electronic
discovery, serving as an original member of her former firms Electronic Discovery Practice Group.
She has lectured on issues of electronic discovery on behalf of the National Business Institute.
She has served as pro-bono child advocate to dependent children through the
Support Center for Child Advocates She is member of the Pennsylvania Bar (2004),
admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania,
and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
