Jared Reiss is an Associate with the Jacobs Law Group. Jared maintains an entrepreneurial law practice, providing a wide spectrum of legal services to emerging and established businesses focusing primarily on corporate/transactional matters, mergers and acquisitions, entity structuring, contracts, employment/labor law, commercial real estate, financing, and lender law.

In business matters, Mr. Reiss strives to provide added value to clients while keeping pace with the speed of business and staying out of the way of business deals. In his practice, Mr. Reiss advises his clients with a view towards to anticipating practical and legal problems and avoiding them through proper deal and business structuring.

Mr. Reiss is a graduate of the George Washington University with a B.A. in Philosophy and earned his J.D. Cum Laude from Boston University School of Law with a concentration in Litigation and Dispute Resolution, with Honors. Mr. Reiss also spent a year studying as a visiting student at the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He is active in the community and the Bar and currently serves Vice -Chairman of the Business Organizations Committee of the Business Law Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association. He is also an active member of the Golden Slipper Club & Charities.

Mr. Reiss is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Member: Philadelphia, New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.
